By airplane

Airport Ljubljana-Jože Pučnik (www.lju-airport.si ) is 23 km away from the city centre. On the web page of the airport you find an entire flight schedule of the line flights of all airlines for the respective season and a lot of further information.
Adriatic Airways, the national air transport company of Slovenia (www.adria-airways.com) pursues about 200 direct line flights from Ljubljana to more than 20 destinations in Europe.
The number of the cheap flight suppliers who lead Ljubljana in her program grows. New lines are announced for 2007-2008.
Other airports not far from Ljubljana, offer likewise good possibilities: Maribor in Slovenia, Klagenfurt and Graz in Austria, Trieste in Italy, Zagreb and Rijeka in Croatia. A bit further there are the airports of Venice and Vienna, having a good train connection with Ljubljana.

By car

Road system of Slovenia was strongly modernized in last decade. The highways are complemented with a well developed net of main and regional streets.

By train
